Act 16 – Reporting of Expenditures Relating to
Act 16 of 2000 established the Reporting of Expenditures Relating
to Exceptional Students. Per this Act, the Department of Education asks each school district and charter school to report the number of students with disabilities for which expenditures are between $25,000 and $50,000, between $50,000 and $75,000, and over $75,000 for the prior school year.
