PDE-2071 - Application for Reimbursement for School Construction Project

The PDE-2071, used by both the Pennsylvania Department of Education and the Office of Comptroller Operations to process state reimbursement for reimbursable school construction projects, has been revised. The revised two-page application and instructions (with revision dates of November 2010) are available for downloading below.

Page 1 of the application must be completed for all approved issues, notes and loans. Page 2 of the application must only be completed for approved financings for projects by area vocational-technical schools, career and technology centers, special schools, or jointures. Please note that the application may NOT be filed with the Office of Comptroller Operations until the PlanCon Part H (Part K, when refinancing) has been approved by the Department.

Please note that the application cannot be submitted electronically or used for inputting. Applications must be submitted on standard paper. The Office of Comptroller Operations will not accept completed applications submitted on a diskette or by online file transfer. This application should be used for future submissions.
