Juveniles Incarcerated in Adult Facilities
This page contains expenditure and tuition charge reports related to the education of juveniles incarcerated in adult facilities.
School Code Section 1306.2 is the relevant statute. These reports are based on financial data reported in CFRS (budgeted and final expenditures submitted by school districts that are host to a county jail) and membership data submitted by LEAs in the PIMS application.
