Exhibitor Information

Exhibition fee: $1,000 ($900 Early Bird Fee, through Thursday, January 23, 2020)
Non-Profit Exhibitor Fee: $500

Benefits

  • Two (2) Conference Registrations, including all meals and sessions (lodging and Sunday Keynote/Dinner not included)

  • Listing as an exhibitor in the conference program
  • Marketing material and/or promotional item added to attendee registration bags (must be received by PDE by March 11, 2020)

The exhibition hours are as follows:
Monday, March 16, 2020          6 am to 10 am – setup
Monday, March 16, 2020          10 am to 4:30 pm – exhibition hours
Monday, March 16, 2020          5 pm to 7pm - happy hour (optional)
Tuesday, March 17, 2020          7:30 am to 4 pm – exhibition hours
Tuesday, March 17, 2020          4 pm to 6 pm - happy hour (tentative)
Tuesday, March 17, 2020          6 pm to 8 pm – teardown
Wednesday, March 18, 2020   7:30 am to 10 am – additional teardown time
All exhibits must be removed by 10 am on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

What's provided for exhibitors?

One 8 x 10 exhibition space including pipe and drape, one 6-foot table, two chairs, and a waste basket will be at each exhibition space. Complimentary wireless internet access will be available throughout the exhibit area. Exhibitors confirmed by Wednesday, February 3, 2020, will be included on all exhibitor listings provided to the attendees.
Exhibits may not extend more than 12 inches from the front of the table. Exhibits or promotional materials may not block any aisles or access ways. Any music or lights displayed may not interfere with other exhibitors.

Electricity at your booth

Fee of $50 includes an outlet run directly to your assigned exhibition space (this amount is paid directly to the Hershey Lodge)

Complete and submit the Electrical Order Form and make payment directly to the Hershey Lodge.

Additional setup

There are various costs for any optional setup requests: phone, Internet access (other than wireless), etc.  Arrangements for optional equipment are the responsibility of the exhibitor and are to be made directly with the Hershey Lodge.

Additional exhibit table

Add another 6-foot table to your exhibit setup for $300. The table will come with pipe and drape and an additional chair. (Italicized disclaimer above applies to all tables in your exhibit space).

Internet access

Wireless internet access is provided for the entire summit.
