Hotel Information
Conferees will be responsible for arranging their own hotel accommodations. Several hotels have blocked a limited number of guestrooms at the conference rate.
Individual and team reservations may be made by contacting the hotel of your choice. To guarantee the conference rate, please mention the name or number indicated in the far right column of the listing of hotels when making your reservations. Please contact the hotel of your choice prior to submitting a rooming list to be sure adequate accommodations are available. Doubling is encouraged to conserve parking spaces and guestroom accommodations.
The cutoff dates for reservations vary and are included in the listing of hotels below. After the specified cutoff date, hotels will release the rooms to the general public; however, conference rates will be honored after the cutoff dates based upon availability of guestrooms.
Check-in time for all hotels begins at 3 p.m. and check-out time is noon. Please arrange to check out and pay guestroom charges prior to Friday’s first session. All facilities have free parking.

Driving Directions to The Penn Stater Conference Center
From I-80 – I-80 in PA to Exit 161 (Bellefonte) and follow Route 220/I-99 South to the Penn State University/State College Exit 74. Turn left at the stop light and follow signs for Innovation Park Exit A to the Hotel.
From Philadelphia – PA Turnpike West to Exit 247 (Harrisburg East) and follow signs for the next 15 miles to Route 322 West. Take 322 West, past Lewistown, to State College and take the Penn State University/State College Exit 74. Turn left at the stop light and follow signs for Innovation Park Exit A to the Hotel.
From Pittsburgh – Route 22 East to Route 220/I-99 North passing downtown Altoona and Tyrone. Continue on Route 220/I-99 North and merge onto Route 322 East to the Penn State University/State College Exit 73 (right lane). Turn left at the stop light and follow signs for Innovation Park Exit A to the Hotel.
From Harrisburg – Take 322 West, past Lewistown, to State College and take the Penn State University/State College Exit 74. Turn left at the stop light and follow signs for Innovation Park Exit A to the Hotel.
