Fee for Service
At the Governor's direction, the Pennsylvania Department of Education will implement a fee-for-service model to account for the costs of thousands of hours of staff time PDE incurs from executing the Charter School Law.
Cyber Charter Application Fees
Starting on Jan. 1, 2020 all new cyber charter applicants will be charged a fee that reflects the cost to review the application. In the past, this cost has been approximately $86,000 per applicant.
