Due Dates for Federal Programs

Listed below are the Federal Programs forms and their corresponding due dates. Note that some forms are not sent directly to the Division of Federal Programs nor are all forms completed by the local education agencies (LEAs).

Reconciliation of Cash on Hand	10th working day of October, January, April and July (Ten working days after the end of the quarter).

Title III	July 1
Revisions to Program Applications*	LEAs are encouraged to submit one revision before the end date of application, but will accept anytime during the open obligation period.
Title I Survey of Children in Local Institutions (PDF)	December 15
Comparability Status Report	November 15

Comparability Detailed School Data Sheet (PDF) NOTE: The Detailed School Data Sheet (or data used for comparability) is not submitted to PDE but kept on the file at the LEA.
