| Grounds for Discipline | Educator was convicted of to Purchase/Receipt of a Controlled Substance by an Unauthorized Person, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(19), and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 35 P.S. § 780-113(a)(32), in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, after being found in possession of 22 lbs. of marijuana, 163 Adderall pills, and a large amount of U.S. currency during a traffic stop. Educator also used his school-issued cell phone in furtherance of his illegal drug activities. |
