Pennsylvania public schools (school districts, career and technology centers, and charter schools) are required to file an annual financial report (AFR) with the Department of Education following each school year.  Data is compiled from these reports as follows:
  • Summary-Level AFR Data (School Districts, Career and Technology Centers, Charter Schools)
     AFR data files containing summary-level expenditure, revenue, and local tax data. Latest school year available:  2015-2016
  • Detailed AFR Data (School Districts, Career and Technology Centers, Charter Schools) Detailed or frequently requested AFR data not available in the files listed above; data includes multi-year histories of revenues, object-level expenditures, general fund balance, and indebtedness.
    Latest school year available:  2015-2016
