File a Mandatory Report
Section 2070.9a of the Educator
Discipline Act, 24 P.S. §§ 2070.1a–2070.19, imposes mandatory reporting
responsibilities upon all educators. Chief school administrators of
school entities have additional mandatory reporting responsibilities. Please
