Implementation
Stage four of the school climate improvement process is Implementation. At this phase, school-based teams work to implement action plans designed to improve school climate. Emphasis is placed on implementing programs and strategies with fidelity. Coaching and ongoing process evaluation are key components of this stage of the school climate improvement process.
