Local Education Agency (LEA) Declined AllocationsUnder amendments to the Fiscal Code, passed in Act 34 of 2023, the Department is required to publish a list of LEAs that have declined funds under the Coronavirus and Relief Supplemental Act (CRRSA) and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
The following Local Education Agencies notified PDE of declined allocations under the CRRSA and the ARP ESSER State Reserve Set Aside. The funds will be used to provide performance monitoring of grant-funded operations and to ensure compliance with achievement and performance goals as required under 2 CFR PT. 200 SUBPT. D (relating to post federal award requirements).
