Complaint and Hearing Procedures
The purpose of the attached document is to explain to school districts and citizens about the role of the Pennsylvania Department of Education in the approval of school district construction projects, including the Department's investigation of complaints about a project and the circumstances under which the Department will conduct a public hearing concerning a project.
