​Roster Verification

Roster verification is a process used to provide PVAAS teacher-specific reporting based on accurate data. This process is for teachers and administrators to document and verify that each student is linked accurately to one or more teachers – for the correct state assessment(s) and the appropriate proportion of instructional responsibility. The roster verification process is completed using the PVAAS web-based roster verification system, provided to LEAs by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

SY2018-19 Roster Verification Phase Dates
  • Preview: May 1 – May 10, 2019
  • Teacher Verification: May 11 – May 24, 2019
  • School Admin Verification: May 25 – June 7, 2019
  • District Admin Verification: June 8 – June 28, 2019

Roster Verification Dates are released annually each fall.

PIMS Staff Student Subtest Collection Information

The PIMS Staff Student Subtest Collection is used to pre-populate rosters in the PVAAS web-based roster verification system. Access PIMS resources and help on the PDE website.
