Act 76 of 2019
Act 76 of 2019 requires institutions of higher education and public schools to provide the Transfer and Articulation Oversight Committee and the Pennsylvania Department of Education with copies of all articulation agreements. Changes must be submitted within 30 days of entering into any subsequent articulation agreements. Changes may be submitted to ra-highereducation@pa.gov.
