State Application to Renew Ed-Flex Authority - Public Comment
PDE is preparing to submit an application to the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) to renew its waiver authority under the Education Flexibility (Ed-Flex) Program.
The Federal (Ed-Flex) Waiver Program Application is available for public comment through December 2, 2019. Comments related to the application may be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org. All comments received will be included with the application to USDE.
Individual Programmatic Waivers
Individual programmatic waivers are requested for a period of one to three years. There is a rolling window for submitting the waiver. View the 2019-20 Ed-Flex Individual Programmatic Waiver Application.
State Performance Reports
The Ed-Flex State Performance Reports give information to the U.S. Department of Education or interested parties on LEAs that have been granted flexibility under the Ed-Flex Partnership Act.
