Action Planning
Stage three of the school climate improvement process is Action Planning. At this phase, school-based teams work to identify and align strategies to address needs identified during the evaluation phase.
Action plans should focus on identified needs and also include strategies to improve stakeholder engagement and readiness since these factors may impact buy-in and sustainability of efforts.
