To file a complaint with PDE’s Bureau of Special Education, use the Complaint Packet and Form and Complaint Resolution Procedures documents below.

The Pennsylvania Department of Education is located within a building that is temporarily closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Some staff are teleworking, however, there is no access to mail sent to the building.
