To file a complaint with PDE’s
Bureau of Special Education, use the Complaint Packet and Form and Complaint
Resolution Procedures documents below.
The Pennsylvania
Department of Education is located within a building that is temporarily closed
due to the coronavirus pandemic. Some staff are teleworking, however, there is
no access to mail sent to the building. Please submit completed complaint forms
to the Bureau of Special Education via email: ra-pdespecialed@pa.gov or fax them to:
